Shipping Information:

Orders are placed by 3pm EST and GMT Monday – Friday will typically be shipped out the same day. Depending on the shipping method, please allow 3-10 business days starting from the day after your order ships for it to arrive.

Along with your full shipping address, a daytime phone number and email address are required on all orders. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our office at info@thetanbrush.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipments from USA to overseas will be charged an additional fee for air shipping.

Shipments from UK to Europe will be charged an additional fee for air shipping.

Claims & Shortages:

Any claims of shortages and/or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please include pictures of any damage to both the products and/or packaging using the Shipping Claims Form.

All other claims in regards to products must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.

 

Returns Policy:

Defective Products

Please fill out the Shipping Claim Form for any defective products. A Tan Brush representative will review your claim and advise accordingly.

Unused/Unopened Product Return

Any unused and unopened must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping costs. Before returning any product, you must fill out the Shipping Claims Form. You will be contacted by a Tan Brush representative to receive an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Merchandise returned without an RA# number will be refused and returned to sender at their cost. Opened/used items will not be accepted.
